Opportunity Engine is approval-gated and local-only. Test/demo/seed rows are hidden from this dashboard. It can store, score, rank, accept, reject, and convert local opportunity records into local job/proposal/planner records. It does not scrape restricted platforms, submit proposals, message clients, accept external jobs, charge money, verify payments, deploy, or publish.
