Auth guard
Set AEGIS_APP_PASSWORD env var for non-localhost access
Mobile may: read CEO briefing, view jobs/opportunities/money truth, draft replies.
Mobile must NOT: send messages, approve actions, mark paid, delete, publish, expose secrets.
Settings/System Tools is local-only. It links to internal system pages only. It does not execute jobs, contact clients, send invoices, deploy, publish, or process payments.
